Bringing a decade of professional artistry to the table, I’ve successfully completed Wedding’s, Engagement’s, Senior Portrait’s, Families, Maternity, and many more. I focus on the storytelling of capturing your heart and soul in the photos, so in return you had a fun time where you felt loved, seen, happy, and respected, and are leaving with photos that will keep with you for generations to come.

Some back story: How it all began, well, from my parents allowing me to use their 35mm film camera when I was only 3 years old, and hearing their responses after getting them back after development: “She took these? No way they are too good! Perfect composition and lighting…” You could say they saw my natural talent for it at a very young age and wanted to nurture it. They decided to get me little point-and-shoot cameras as I grew up so I could take photos for play, thank you parents! When it came to high school, I wanted to take photography more seriously, so, when I was about 16 when I bought my first DSLR camera, the Nikon D7100 with a 50mm 1.4 lens, and with help from my Art Teacher that really set off my Photography career and launched me to photograph sessions I only dreamt about. It’s only getting started here with Jacquie G Photography and the vision I have to serve people. Thank you to all of those have encouraged me throughout the years with my love for Photography and those whom I am blessed enough to work with.

Through the years I have won several awards such as Best in Show for University of Oregon’s Photojournalism competition, 1st Place for Photo at the 5A District Art Show, Earning a 5 in my AP Art Portfolio, a $30,000 Scholarship to Savannah College of Art & Design where I attended for 2 years, and having my work showcased at Art galleries at SCAD.
